This specific watch was portrayed in an Italian Longines book on page 2. There are only about 5 others known to exist in the world. This rare time piece is of of the first army deep diving surveying watches. It is massive yet unique. The crystal is super thick and it has a double internal seal as well as the famous "canteen" crown seal. The case of this watch is Sterling Silver and it has matching numbers in and out. This beautiful piece measures 50mm from side to side, 60mm lug to lug, 67mm side to end of crown and 17mm thick!!! This watch is all original! The crown is very tight so I dare not wind it up. It probably needs service although the balance is free and the movement looks like it's in great condition (see pictures).
