Fully guaranteed in fine working condition.  This auction includes the manual and plating guide, several sets of wire leads, textual info. on plating solutions.  Also includes 14k, 18k, 24k Gold plating solutions as well as Silver and Copper plating solutions that are all totally usable. I only plated a total of about a 15 by 15 inch area with them all.  Also includes a 24k gold, a silver, copper, and stainless steel electrodes.  I am throwing in 4 stainless steel plating pots with tops for them.  Also electric hotplate for the gold.  And a container of dry acid cleaner activator.  The Rectifier is a #45.510G 110 volt the best in its class.  I thought I would have the time to use this setup but found I will not so I might as well let someone else use it.  The shipping cost will be a little high but this is going to be a large, heavy package, the silver alone weighs 12 pounds!  Do you have any idea how much the plating solutions in this kit are alone now?   All ready to use!!!   Good luck.
