Many of these beads can be found in Gerald Fenstermakers booklet "First Colored Trade Beads of The Northwest,"  Other sources would be Lois Dubins "North American Indian Jewelry And Adornment," and the 2003 edition of "Indian Trade Relics." Our North American trade beads are offered with Statement of Provenance, A statement of authentication, and a an authentication warranty. The beads in the last two photos are beads collected along the Columbia River prior to 1887.
