Our goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction by supplying our customers with exceptional gemstones at competitive wholesale prices. Natural African Cuprite VVS 4.17 Carats Cuprite. One of the world's rarest gems. Faceting grade four carat plus Cuprite. This is the reddest thing I have ever seen in my life. The only gem I've seen that approaches this reddness is some Spinel material under natural daylight. I've photographed the Cuprite under incandescent light to help illuimate the gem. It was impossible to capture the extreme red hue. It has to be viewed in person. 4.17 carat VVS clarity. Gems over two carats were extremely rare and are mined out. Appears flawless under 10 power magnification. Difficult to determine. Cuprite is very metalic and needs illumination. $175 per carat More about Cuprite We do not use stock photos. As appealing as a fine gem looks when photographed properly we find it impossible to capture how beautiful our gems actually look in person. We extend a 14 day period during which you can evaluate any of our gems in the comfort of your home. Should you not be thrilled you may return your purchase for any reason. No questions asked and never a restocking fee. We very much want you to be comfortable with the entire process from beginning to end so that every aspect of your experience with us is pleasant and positive. About us: Our family has been in the wholesale gem importing business since 1919. As Edward Lembeck & Bros. we became one one of the major stone houses in New York. In 1945 we relocated from Nassau Street in old New York moving into the Lembeck Building in the New York Diamond District. Historically, we traded with rival stone houses and established retail jewelry store accounts - in every state - and at one time to large jewelry manufacturers, before the manufacturing trade moved overseas. The highest concentration of fine gems in the world falls within a two block area, right here in the heart of New York City. Gem merchants, miners, and gem cutters from all over the world are regular visitors, bringing with them the finest precious treasures the earth has to offer. As wholesalers we do not have a retail store or a walk in business open to the public. Although traditionally our business has been exclusively been within the wholesale gem trade the internet has now afforded us with an introduction to the public. Should you have any questions or would like any additional information I look forward to hearing from you. To that end you are invited to call me on my private work number Mon. through Fri., specifically set up for our eBay customers, 212~624~0288.
